King Magnetics produces full models of amorphous c cores. Our cores are made of high quality amorphous ribbon with thickness 25μm, which can reduce core loss significantly. We can also custom-made amorphous cores and components to customer’s drawing, include amorphous c cores, amorphous cut cores, amorphous toroidal gap cores and amorphous inductors.

Amorphous Block core is stacked by 0.025mm amorphous ribbon, and is designed for high power usage, easy to install, easy to winding copper wire.High saturation flux density, low core loss.
